Warranty

1. SecKit should be responsible for design issue, sending wrong items, and manufacturing issues for those components (frames, aluminum and ACM plates, wires) which are designed by SecKit and factories manufacture them directly for SecKit. SecKit willl send you a correct one if such a component is wrong.
2. If SecKit is responsible for sending a wrong component, and a component of the same specification or function can be bought from another supplier and the total cost including shipping is lower, SecKit will provide a partial refund.
3. SecKit will not provide warranty on (A) components which designed or manufactured by our suppliers, and (B) electronics such as stepper motors, stepper motor drivers and control boards.
